WHAT do I do?
I work in the field of life quality improvement as a Life Coach. My goal is to enhance the quality of life and, consequently, the physical and mental health of my clients. I am educated in Nutrition Science, Sport Science, Yoga, and Habit Changing. My drive is to help my clients get to their better and healthier version on a daily basis. And I help my clients to do that through consistent ACTION. And YES I believe that this is possible!

I believe that I can change something for good on this planet, positively impact peoples lives and make them smile. A significant goal of mine is to initiate a chain reaction of positive physical and mental health changes. I am convinced that everything is possible as long as you walk your talk, cultivate a growth mindset, stay true to yourself, and your inner core values.
